Pick Up Your Skin After Winter
After another long and harsh winter, we will all be in need of a bit of a mental pick up, something that the first few rays of spring sun are likely to remedy. However, after a long and harsh winter, our minds are not the only things that will be showing the signs of strain.
Cold, wet and windy weather can play havoc with our skin, and whilst it may seem that the moisture in the air should leave our skin saturated, in reality, the majority of us will come to the end of winter and find that everything from our hands to our faces are looking very dry and very tired.

Whilst we are told that water is especially important over the summer months, when it comes to skin, drinking plenty of water will be just as important in the winter. Try to always drink two liters a day where possible, and get glowing skin especially when your skin needs a real pick-me-up.
The oils found in fish are also a great way to give your skin a boost if winter has taken its toll, whilst protecting it from the late winter and spring winds may also help.
However, the best way to pick up your skin will still be through the use of the best skin care products. Always opt for natural products as cheaper synthetic products will have more chemicals in them which will at worst be bad for your body and at best simply fail to get your natural oils repairing the damage in the most effective way.
