Couples looking to add some flare to their weddings

There are various ways in which couples can add some flare to their big days. For example, it is now possible for people to book singing waiters to entertain them and their guests at their receptions.

Indeed, demand for singing wedding waiters may be high at present. It seems as though many couples are keen to introduce some originality to their nuptial celebrations.

A recent report in the Sun drew attention to some unusual weddings. For example, Red and Jonny Evans tied the knot dressed as Star Wars Stormtroopers, while Duncan Thomson and Sammi Gardin dressed up as Han Solo and Princess Leia from Star Wars when they got hitched.

Sammi’s wedding ring was even engraved with the phrase “May the 4th be with you”. They invited 50 guests to celebrate the event with them and they also got into the spirit, dressing as Jedis and Sith Lords. The best man wore a Chewbacca outfit.

Meanwhile, Neil and Sharon Vaughn wed in Paignton, Devon dressed as Batman and Wonder Woman. Their best man for the day got into the spirit and dressed as Batman’s trusty sidekick Robin, Their guests included Superman, the Incredibles, Iron Man and Captain America.

Another couple who shunned convention when they tied the knot were Prasit and Varutton Rangsitwong. They dressed as Indiana Jones characters and even incorporated elements of the movies into their nuptials. For example, they were pursued by a giant ball made from flowers before kissing on a trapeze when they exchanged vows.

Other themes have included Worzel Gummidge, the Princess Bride, monsters, animals, Shrek and Disney characters.

These days, there are lots of ways in which people can celebrate their nuptials. Whether they want a conventional wedding or would prefer something distinctly unusual, they can achieve impressive results. The key to impressive weddings of any kind is effective planning.
