Ted Baker bucks high street trend
There are plenty of shops in Liverpool for consumers to choose from and those who are keen to invest in new clothes can check out Ted Baker. Indeed, it seems as though lots of individuals have been doing precisely this.
The retailer has revealed that sales in its stores rose by over 22 per cent in the 13 weeks to November 10th.
It noted it was particularly pleased with its performance in the UK, but it also credited the sales increase to new shop openings in mainland Europe and further afield. In the last quarter, the organisation opened new outlets in countries including the US, Netherlands, Ireland and Spain.
Founder and chief executive of Ted Baker Ray Kelvin said he was pleased with the firm’s performance. However, he went on to note that the group’s full year results would be dependent on trading over the festive period.
He added: “We are very encouraged by the reaction to the brand and collections in our new markets where we are investing for the longer term development of the brand and further new store openings are planned for the coming months, including our first store in Toronto, Canada, further stores in Shanghai, China as well as a new store in Heathrow Terminal 3.”
The number of people shopping in Liverpool who visit Ted Baker may rise even further over coming weeks in the run-up to Christmas. After all, individuals may be on the lookout for potential gifts for friends and family and new outfits for themselves.
Of course, as well as Ted Baker, there are many other shops on offer in the city for consumers to explore. It is no surprise then that Liverpool attracts so many people. Whether individuals want designer clothing, discount products or anything else, they should find they have plenty of choice.
