Fearne Cotton shows off glamorous maternity wear

These days, mums-to-be do not have to settle for frumpy maternity clothes. As long as they know where to look, they can benefit from stylish and comfortable garments that flatter their figures and boost their confidence.

One woman who is refusing to let her status as an expectant mother prevent her from looking her best is Fearne Cotton.

Recently, the Daily Mail featured snaps of the 31-year-old sporting a trendy outfit as she headed into work at the BBC Radio 1 studios in London.

Commenting on her appearance, the publication remarked: “The DJ looked great in a pair of killer heels as she walked through the UK city.”

She teamed the footwear up with a black dress and tights, as well as a heavy black coat with a fluffy trim on the collar to protect her from the chilly autumn weather. The celebrity completed her look by wearing her blonde locks down on her shoulders and she also sported a pair of dark sunglasses and a large black bag.

Talking about her fashion choices, Fearne told Company magazine: “I usually plan three looks before I go to bed and then decide how I feel when I get up. Some days I’ll put something daring and bright on and other times I just want to hide away so I go black and baggy.”

She added: “I’d be lying if I said [being in the public eye doesn’t affect what I wear].”

The TV and radio presenter went on to note that she does not yet know the gender of her unborn child, despite the fact there has been speculation in the media that she is due to give birth to a baby girl.

If women are stuck for ideas when they are choosing their maternity wear, they can turn to celebrities like Fearne for inspiration.
