Radio Controlled Cars Get Unique

Electric radio controlled cars were once something for children alone to play with. Small and very limited in scope, they would pass a few hours of fun, but offer very little more.

However, these days, things couldn’t be more different and not only is racing such cars very much an adult pastime too, but the race to make the most unique and interesting RC cars is now very much on.

This has been proved by a recent design, which was created using cheese. That’s right, actual slices of cheese.

Whilst the car itself is very much made of the usual rubber wheels and an ordinary frame, the remote has been fashioned from dairy products in a bid to prove that, with modern technology, almost anything is possible in the world of racing.

Finding such a car on the market is likely to be a little trickier and those who want wonderfully unique electric RC cars may have to make do with slightly less wacky designs for now. However, the future is wide open when it comes to the scope designers have for creating new cars and so, in the future, we may well be seeing the introduction of far more unusual designs on the shelf.

However, that being said, those with a flair for all things electrical may well find that they are easily able to create their own remote by buying a car from the right company and simply trying their own designs out. Other designs that have already been tried include grapes and even a Barbie doll, and therefore there really seems no limit to what can be achieved by someone with the right RC car and the right knowledge of how such things work.

So, if you want to have a car that stands out on and off the track, it may be worth customising the next one you buy.
